Step Up Business School’s Masterclass and Networking Cocktail event is aimed at bringing professionals together to share ideas on topics geared at encouraging leadership, team spirit and effective management of people, and especially projects.

On 24th January, 2025, the first Masterclass was held at the school’s premises on the topic, “Effective Team Management for Project Success”. The event was well attended both in-person and online and was full of insight as participants had the opportunity to share ideas, ask questions and also network among themselves.
Speaking on the theme, Mr. Daniel David Nsiah, a facilitator at Step Up Business School expounded on Tuckman’s Model of Team Development from the Forming stage to the Adjourning stage.

Participants had the opportunity to share experiences at their workplaces. The insightful talk was followed by the much-anticipated networking cocktail where participants exchanged contacts over some sweet delicacies.
The Masterclass was truly enlightening and we hope for bigger and better ones in the coming months.
