January 2024 was just yesterday, and it seems the year is running very fast as it is already half-year. However, you must be intentional about keeping your pace with the year, so that you are not outrun by the new technologies, ideas and happenings in the world.

It is evident that one way to get better and keep getting better at whatever you do is to sit back and evaluate what you are doing, assess what has gone right and find new or improved strategies to get better.

As we marked the half-year of 2024, we at Step Up Business School embarked on a retreat to evaluate our year and project into the next half of the year to serve you better. The retreat was held at our premises located at North Legon and in attendance were our Coordinators from our centres at Tamale, Takoradi and Cape Coast.

The team had a lot to learn including how to work together as a team and improving teambuilding skills. The team also learnt about effective customer service and how to improve communication skills.

The knowledge acquired during the training sessions was utilized in a deep strategy session where team members had a time to evaluate the year and project into the coming half year.

It was a great time spent together as a team.
