On Saturday, 9th December, 2023, Step Up Business School organized its maiden PMP Alumni Networking Cocktail. The highly-anticipated event came off at the premises of Step Up Business School at North Legon, Kofi Annan Road. The Networking Cocktail brought together alumni, students and instructors of the school to spend some quality time together and connect with each other.
The event commenced at 3pm with the arrival of guests, students and alumni. At 4pm, the Cocktail was officially opened by James Ntui, an instructor at Step Up Business School. The CEO of the school, Charles King Nanor expressed his delight in having such an event and also getting to see face to face some students who had joined classes online. He was also astonished to see some people who had traveled all the way from other regions of the country just to be present at the event.
The Networking Cocktail also served as an avenue for students who were yet to write their Project Management Professional course to interact with alumni, professionals and instructors. Instructors present, as well as some alumni answered all Project Management questions and also provided tips on how to pass the examination.
During the event, 21 students who had recently completed their PMP training were handed over their certificates and received words of felicitations.
Away from Project Management, there was plenty of food and drinks to munch and sip on as the 50 professionals in attendance got to know themselves and exchange contacts. It was a great time for all who were present and Step Up Business School is proud to have such wonderful professionals.
