Step Up Business School hosted over 100 professionals both online and in-person on the 27th of September, 2024 to share insight on topics and developments relevant to the field of Project Management.
With the rise of Artificial Intelligence in our world today, it was prudent to look at the Impact of AI in Project Management. Speaking on the theme, Mr. James Ntui, PMP who is a facilitator at Step Up Business School enlightened the audience on the need to be abreast with AI tools as a Project Manager.
According to statistics, about 92% of Project Managers are either already using AI in their work or considering using AI within the shortest possible time. That makes AI a topic to be discussed in the field of Project Management. The speaker admonished his professional audience to catch up with happenings in the world as everything keeps evolving. Eventually, the world moves with those who move with it and if you are not able to grow at the rate at which things are evolving, you only grow into obscurity.
In conclusion, Mr. James Ntui asserted that AI could become the next big thing and it would be prudent to have some knowledge and skills in using AI tools. The conversation sparked up a lot of excitement and curiosity as participants online and in-person asked questions related to AI and Project Management.
