DEVELOPING LEADERSHIP SKILLS AS A PROJECT MANAGER

Change is constant and inevitable in life. One of the most difficult changes that happens to us assuming a leadership role. Your desire to become a Project Manager also means that you are ready to be a leader. How then do you develop your leadership skills as a Project Manager, knowing very well that it is essential to your success?

  1. Define your leadership style
