PMI ACP – Module 1 – Introduction
The PMI-ACP is one of the most prestigious and globally recognized credentials for modern project managers. Awarded by the Project Management Institute (PMI), it is a formal recognition of your knowledge of agile principles and your skills with agile techniques, and an evidence of your real-world, hands-on experience and skill as part of an agile team.
It spans many practices or methodologies to managing agile projects such as Scrum, Kanban, Lean, Extreme Programming (XP), Dynamic System Development Method (DSDM), Feature-Driven Development (FDD), Crystal etc., not limiting a practitioner to one agile practice or methodology.
This PMI-ACP self-paced course covers agile methodologies, tools, and techniques and provides real-life scenarios throughout the course.
